Directions: For adults: massage into body, back, chest and soles of feet as needed and/or add a tablespoon to bathwater
For children and infants: infants and children up to 3 years old - massage one drop of Flu Away Body Oil on the sole of each foot, morning and night; for children 3-5 years old - massage a drop on the sole of each foot and into the back 3-4 times a day and/or add 2-3 drops to bathwater, making sure to keep out of eyes; for children 5-8 years old - massage 3-4 drops on sole of each foot and back 3-4 times a day and/or add 5 drops to bathwater, making sure to keep out of eyes
