small cuts, burns & insect bites: apply one drop Lavender
stomach/abdominal pain/nausea: mix 5 drops Lavender, 5 drops Peppermint & 5 drops Blue Chamomile to 1 oz jojoba oil and rub into stomach/solar plexus
muscle sprain: mix 5 drops Lavender, 5 drops Eucalyptus, 5 drops Blue Chamomile & 3 drops Peppermint to 1 ounce jojoba oil and massage into sore areas as needed
inflamed gums: apply a few drops of Blue Chamomile to a q-tip and apply to gums
stress/nervousness: add 8 drops Lavender and 8 drops Blue Chamomile to 1 ounce jojoba oil and apply to pulse points and inhale or massage into neck and shoulders; or put a drop of one or both on a tissue and inhale
cold/flu: mix together 5 drops Lavender, 5 drops Tea Tree, 5 drops Eucalyptus then:
-add this mixture to 1 ounce jojoba oil and massage over chest & back or
-add mix to 1 ounce jojoba oil and put 1 teaspoon in bath or
-put 6-10 drops of the essential oil blend in a diffuser to cleanse the air or
-put 2 drops of essential oil blend in a bowl of non-boiling, steaming water removed from heat source & inhale vapors
congestion: mix together 10 drops Eucalyptus & 5 drops Peppermint then:
-add to 1 ounce jojoba oil and massage chest and sinus area (being careful not to get close to eyes) or
-put 1-2 drops in a bowl of non-boiling, steaming water removed from heat source and inhale vapors
sore throat: mix together 7 drops Lavender & 8 drops Blue Chamomile then:
-add to 1 ounce jojoba oil and massage into throat/neck or
-put 2 drops of the essential oil blend in a bowl of non-boiling, steaming water removed from heat and inhale vapors
cold sores: blend 15 drops of Tea Tree with 1 ounce jojoba oil and apply to area with a q-tip, you may also apply 1 drop Tea Tree to area if no irritation occurs until cold sore is gone
acne: apply 1 drop Tea Tree or Lavender directly to blemish if no irritation occurs
Young Children:
restlessness:
-put one drop Lavender on pillowcase (away from area of direct contact with head)
-put 2-4 drops of Blue Chamomile in a bath
-diffuse 2 drops of Lavender or Blue Chamomile in a large area

For the Home:
Inhale on tissue, diffuse in warm water or diffuser or make into a room spray (by adding up to 30 total essential oil drops to one ounce of distilled water or alcohol): peppermint to remain alert, lavender and chamomile to help relax, eucalyptus and peppermint to clear the air and open sinuses, tea tree and eucalyptus to ward off infection or lavender and peppermint together for a bright, uplifting fragrance...for room/linen sprays, shake thoroughly prior to each use
