Thank you for your interest in leading a workshop at Theraroma! Our upstairs loft area is available for workshops on Saturdays from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM and on Sundays from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM.You will have available the upstairs sitting area for your participants and yourself as well as a mini-fridge, microwave and toaster oven.  The space can comfortably seat a maximum of 12 participants. Feel free to use the downstairs restroom as needed.  Our fee for the workshop space is $20.00 non-refundable deposit to hold the room on Saturdays and $10.00 for Sundays as well as 25% of proceeds from the workshop to be paid the evening of the workshop.  We will advertise your workshop in our store, on our website and in our e-mail newsletter which goes out to over 350 people-nearly all locals!  We require that all workshops held in our space be empowering, positive and safe for the participants.  If essential oil use is discussed during the workshop, we ask to be notified so that we may either provide a hand-out for you regarding safe usage/dilution levels or approve your handouts/information.  This is for our liability and safety as well. We appreciate your understanding in this manner.  We believe Theraroma is sacred space for people of all beliefs to explore healing and empowerment.  While we cannot oversee every aspect of every workshop, we strongly believe that participants should leave a workshop with a positive feeling for the event and for the space/Theraroma.  By ensuring all workshops help to empower and positively expand/celebrate each participants body, mind and/or spirit, we can all benefit from such gatherings.  We are excited about all the many possibilities workshops will provide for the community and look forward to hosting your workshop!
